Electric cooperative members know that the recipes published in their local electric cooperative magazine are time-tested by their neighbors. The recipes feature ingredients that are readily available in the region. For the most part, if you have a can of cream of something soup, a pound of ground beef, some flour, eggs, and a little salt and pepper, you probably have the basis of many recipes found in your monthly Cooperative Connections magazine.

At the beginning of June, Dawn Trapp, who reviews and compiles the monthly Cooperative Connections recipes, retired following a 30-plus year career at the South Dakota Rural Electric Association. Trapp compiled the past 20 years of recipes into one documentThat document is available below for download.

We raise our mixing spoons to the hundreds of co-op members who have sent in their recipes over the past two decades and hope you enjoy them with your family and friends.
