Text message or email notifications are available for load management times by filling out a consent form and returning it to a Northern Electric office in Bath or Redfield. All text message notifications will come from the number 893-61.
30-Minute Alert Text Message
Members can receive a 30-minute alert via text message that the system is approaching a peak-demand period. An example of that text message is below:

Direct Control Notification
Members can also receive an alert via text message when the system is currently in a potential peak-demand period and load management devices have been activated. An example of that text message is below:

Notification of End of Load Control Period
A text message will be sent for both the 30-minute and direct-control alerts when the potential peak period is over and loads connected to the load management system are turned back on. An example is below:
