Northern Electric Cooperative will conduct a member satisfaction survey beginning Monday, October 10. Members should check their email inbox beginning October 10 for an invitation to participate in the simple seven-question American Consumer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey. Responses will be gathered exclusively online.
The ACSI survey will provide valuable feedback from co-op members which will help Northern Electric improve service and plan for the future. National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) Market Research Services is conducting the survey on behalf of Northern Electric.
The survey will take approximately 1-2 minutes to complete, and it WILL NOT ask for any bank, credit card, or sensitive personal information. Members may receive an email to complete the survey any time from October 10-24.
