A committee appointed by the Northern Electric Board of Directors is currently reviewing the bylaws of the cooperative. The bylaws have not been amended since 2012. Any changes to the bylaws proposed by the committee and approved by the Northern Electric Board of Directors must be approved by the members of the cooperative.
