Empower Youth Leadership Program
The Northern Electric Cooperative Empower Youth leadership program is focused on helping high school students discover their strengths, build their leadership skills, and assist them in preparing for future careers.
The program consists of multiple sessions throughout the summer. One of the sessions will include a four-day trip to North Dakota in July to tour power plants, learn about energy careers, and participate in team-building activities.
