Customer Service is at the center of everything we do. Northern Electric Cooperative is owned by the members we serve, which means our staff members and employees work for the consumers on the other end of the line every day.
As an electric cooperative, our goal isn't to make profits but to provide the most reliable electric service at the lowest possible cost. That means if we have more revenue than expected throughout the year that money is returned to consumers in the form of capital credits. It's one way to show members that they are not just a customer, but they are an owner.
Northern Electric offers several options to pay monthly bills including an online portal called SmartHub or through our automatic bill pay option.
